These terms apply to your use of GrubSwipe (“the service”). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GrubSwipe.
GrubSwipe suggests places to eat based on your answers and your swipes. Listings, photos, ratings, prices and opening hours come from Google Maps and third parties. They can be wrong or out of date. Please check the details, especially opening hours and dietary requirements, with the venue itself. We don’t own, operate or endorse any venue shown in the app.
You don’t need an account for the core app. If you create one, keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your account. You must be at least 13 to use GrubSwipe.
Please don’t:
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Place information comes from Google Maps. By using GrubSwipe, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
The GrubSwipe name, the app and its artwork, including the dish mascots, belong to us. You’re welcome to share your food personality card and result links. That’s what they’re for.
We provide the service “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for your experience at any venue. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can’t be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell signed-in users before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms. You can stop using GrubSwipe, or ask us to delete your account, at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
